 3 small group personal training sessions a week with a very flexible timetable in a private gym setting.

 

Help with food and nutrition delivered by a fantastic team of nutritionists.​

 

Loads of tasty recipes and guides. 

 

Weekly check-ins to hold you accountable and also give you weekly telephone support calls if needed for added 1-2-1 support.

 

 We make sure that you’re not just a person in a room we make you feel supported and we do a very best to understand you and your personal fitness struggles.

 

We take the anxiety of attending the gym away our members aren’t all fitness buffs you won’t see anyone posing in the mirror or taking selfies.
 

Our Sessions Run:

Monday - THURSDAY at 8:00PM
Saturday at 9.30am
