CAN I CANCEL IN MY INITIAL 6 WEEKS?Unfortunately, once you're enrolled no refund or early cancellation can be granted. This is due to the extensive work that goes into creating your long term plan. In the case of medical or compassionate grounds our coaching agreement maybe pause or reviewed. This will be assessed on an individual basis

IS THERE A MINIMUM CONTRACT FOR THE PROGRAM?Even though the initial contract term of SPS FITNESS LTD is 6 weeks, in order to ensure visible results and build lasting habits, your journey may well last longer. We will provide you of a journey roadmap showing you what you can expect in what time frames but for best visual transformations usually are 6-12 months.

WILL YOU GIVE ME A MEAL PLAN?Not a meal plan as such, you will have a personalised nutritional target to meet which we will teach you how to work out - you have flexibility to choose your own meals that you like using various different methods that we recommend. This is a flexible, long term educated approach - google gives you meal plans! We teach you long term lasting strategies.

I’M NOT SEEING ANY PROGRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?If you feel like you aren’t seeing any progress contact us. Make us aware that you don’t feel like you are progressing, so we can jump on a call and get ahead of it. Mentally changes will come first, and then physical changes will start to happen.
