Our program is designed for ladies over 30 who are not currently super fit but would like to get themselves fitter, healthier and lose a few pounds in the process.


These sessions are not like your regular gym class, this is group personal training (10 people max) at a fraction of the price of 1-2-1 training.

We will be looking to work on your fitness, strength and get you on the track to where you want to be.

You will have access to your very own booking system so you can plan your sessions in advance too.


On top of the sessions you will also have access to our private facebook group for added accountability where our awesome trainer Sam will provide you with motivation, recipes and give you that kick up the backside you may need.

Just completed my 3rd week at SPS Fitness and I have to say I am totally addicted. Sam is an excellent fitness trainer and coach. Every time I attend Sam has planned a different session for us and encourages us to really have a great work out. Since joining i have slept better, have more energy and feel much happier. The girls who also attend are truly lovely and we all help each other achieve our goals.

Into week 12 now and i have to say that is was the best decision I have ever made. From doing zero exercise to doing body blast 3 times a week, I'm already feeling the benefits. It is hard work but everyone is friendly and supportive and Sam's workout routines are great. I'm lifting weights that i never dreamed I'd ever be able to do. Recommend to anyone!

​​Monday - Friday:- 9.30am & 10.30am


Monday - Thursday:- 5.15pm, 6.15pm & 7.15pm

Saturday:- 8.30am.
