Our 6 week programme is for guys who are not currently in the best shape but want to get themselves feeling better, fitter and leaner.


Our sessions are designed to help you get fitter, stronger, gain confidence and also help you lose those unwanted lbs that may have crept on over the course of the year.


These sessions are not like your regular gym class, this is group personal training (10 people max) at a fraction of the price of 1-2-1 training.

We will be looking to work on your fitness, strength and get you on the track to where you want to be.

You will have access to your very own booking system so you can plan your sessions in advance too.


On top of the sessions you will also have access to our private facebook group for added accountability where our awesome trainer Sam will provide you with motivation, recipes and give you that kick up the backside you may need





I joined Sam and the other lads at SPS Fitness back in Jan 2019. It’s a great place to exercise in a non judgemental environment and a great way to improve your fitness. It’s fun, friendly and competitive (in a good way). I highly recommend SPS Fitness. Try the six week introduction plan, it is a great way to start, what ever level you are at.

After many years of joining gyms only to get bored and un-motived after a few weeks I was half expecting SPS to be the same, well I was wrong. Sam and Kate do a great job of keeping you focused and motivated to achieve your goal, with just enough variation to stop the boredom. Throw in the great bunch of lads that will push you all the way with their encouragement and light hearted banter, I couldn't think of a better place to train, in fact for the first time ever i actually look forward to going to the gym. Well done Sam keep it up!

Can't say anything bad about Sam and the team at SPS, from the initial session and through lockdown when we weren't able to se the Gym Same still kept us motivated via zoom etc. You will have to put the hard work in but the rewards not just in my waistline are definitely there to see.

My wife also joined the ladies session and her words were after trying other gyms this is the only one she has ever felt motivated in. Keep up the great work Sam and team and thanks for all the aching muscles and motivation.
